Especially between senior leaders such as company executives, managers, business owners, investors, shareholders and charity or family trustees.
Organisations are led by people with their own personalities, perspectives and internalised stories. When conflict emerges it often sits within a complex mix of explicit power structures, implicit power patterns, communication styles, personality types, interpersonal dynamics and longstanding loyalties.
At the same time, senior teams are responsible for leading the most critical parts of an organisation from strategy, risk and finance, to employee engagement and company culture. Under stress, these can become entangled in ways that feel chaotic, fragile or even overwhelming.
Navigating conflict is even harder when conversations are charged, emotions are heightened, and people feel triggered. Finding a shared place of connection can be difficult without skilled, external support… And that’s where we come in.

We work with teams where relationship breakdown could have serious organisational consequences, and where genuine reconciliation could unlock profound transformation for the whole organisation.
We understand that senior stakeholders are often hardwired into an organisation through ownership structures and governance. Removing people is rarely simple and often not the optimal solution.
At Transform Conflict, we design and facilitate conflict transformation experiences that connect meaningfully with the hearts and minds of those involved. Our approach holds the needs of individuals, teams and the wider organisation to create solutions that are lasting and emotionally sustainable.
We bring decades of experience working with complex organisational structures, power dynamics, human behaviors and company culture. The core of our work is built on a deep understanding of human needs, values, personality types and communication styles.
