Natasha Goggin
Natasha Goggin is a creative and committed, experienced training professional. Her clients descriptions of her training style include “motivational”, “enthusiastic”, “knowledgeable” and “tactful”. She puts all of her energy and experience into making training courses into enjoyable learning experiences which have a clear focus on making improvements back at work.
Natasha has worked as a mediator in neighbour disputes and a mentor to young people, in addition to her work as a trainer and manager.
She is a licensed Master NLP practitioner, licensed LAB profile consultant and trainer, MCIPD, MCMI, and holds certificates in transactional analysis and in writing and designing e-learning.
As a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and an associate member of the Institute of Developmental Transactional Analysis, Natasha is committed to the ethical principles of both organisations.
Jo Berry
Jo Berry’s world was turned upside down in 1984, when the IRA bombed the ‘Grand Hotel’ Brighton, England, killing her father Sir Anthony Berry.
Jo made a personal commitment to bring something positive from this tragedy and to understand those involved. She chose to give up blame and instead start a journey of healing.
Jo met Patrick Magee, the bomber, in 2000 and from that initial 3 hour meeting came a life long journey together speaking and demonstrating their ability to see each other’s humanity, dignity and respect.
Jo has worked over 10 years with Pat sharing this incredible story in prisons, schools and Universities, as well as being a subject for an award willing documentary’ Everyman: Facing the Enemy’ Some they have worked with are: Archbishop Desmond Tutu (Forgiveness Project), the All Parliamentary Group on Conflict Issues, Combatants for Peace, The Basque movement and campaigned against the death penalty.
Jo has founded the Charity, ‘Building Bridges for Peace’ and is Chair of the International Network for Peace. Jo has dedicated her life to transforming her pain into action for peace, believing we all have our humanity. She is now a professional, motivational speaker and workshop facilitator; she shares her insights and wisdom, showing how we can all contribute to creating a more peaceful world.
Gilli Bruce
A successful HR Training, Development and Coaching professional, Gilli has held senior training positions within the service, sales and consultancy sectors.
In addition to line management responsibility for a training team, this diverse experience has afforded a real opportunity for the growth and development of her skills and understanding of managing people.
During the last ten years Gilli has continuously undertaken qualifications leading to full MCIPD status, NCP Master Practitioner status and ILM Level 5 in Business Coaching.
In 2005 became a preferred training supplier for Proctor and Gamble [Wella division], creating a suite of business courses for the provision of their customers.
In 2009, she was invited to become a ‘springboard’ licensed trainer in order to provide women’s development courses on behalf of Milecastle Consultancy.
Gilli was invited to deliver training at the Wella G.B. 2010 National Conference and continues to develop a wide ranging customer base. She works closely with THE Group to design and deliver behaviour change programmes that result in real progress right through to the shop floor.
